Culture, arts and crafts as well as traditions are unique to each state in the country. There is a need to preserve these elements, as a mark of respect and as a great source of inspiration, for the years to come. Shilparamam, a popular hub of culture and arts represents the essence of our long-cherished traditions. Andhra Pradesh, is well known all over for its unique arts and culture and Shilparamam, represents the best of what the region stands for. There are six Shilparamams which have already been established in important towns and cities, while many more are proposed, to represent the glory of Telugu culture. The existing Shilparamams at Anantapuramu, Kadapa, Pulivendula, Tirupati, Vishakhapatnam and Vizianagaram have become esteemed symbols of our cultural pride.
